Refund policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Plants can be replaced due to shipping damage, or DOA plants due to lost packages, if priority shipping was selected at checkout. Please contact us immediately and have photos of damage. Plants that arrive damaged or DOA with the standard 5 to 8 day shipping can be replaced, when priority shipping is paid for the replacement.Â
To start a return, you can contact us at lovehopegrow@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your satisfaction is our first priority!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If blooming plants are available, those will be sent first, however this is based upon availability. Sizes and looks of plants may be slightly bigger or smaller than pictures. Each plant is unique and grows in its own way. The biggest size plant, that we currently have available in the size range you selected will always be sent. We want you to be happy with your purchase and continue to shop with us in the future.Â
IF YOU LIVE IN A COLD CLIMATE, plants that are shipped using the free or economy 5 - 8 day shipping cannot be guaranteed or returned. I HIGHLY recommend the 2 to 3-day shipping option. These are tropical plants and weather that is below 40 degrees will damage them. A 72 hour heat pack can be bought and included in your purchase.Â
Plants or stands can be refunded if they arrive damaged, or dead due to shipping delays or unforeseen intolerable weather, as long as a heat pack, and the 2 - 3 day shipping option was chosen at checkout for states that have had weather 40 degrees and under during the shipping times.Â
